SUBSTANCE: device for automatic switching on of backup power with synchronism control on the lowering substation with turbo-aggregates of low power contains phase difference meter (3), first and second voltage meter (1, 2), first (4) and second (5) voltage measuring transformer (4, 5) of first and second busbar sections (6, 7), first and second inverter (8, 28), first and second adder (9, 29), first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh zero-organ (10, 25, 27, 30, 44, 48, 49), first, second, third, and fourth blocks (11, 14, 31, 34) of intermediate relays comprising first, second, sixth and seventh normally closed contacts (12, 15, 32, 35) and first, second, third and fourth normally open contacts (13, 16, 33, 36), respectively, first and second output relay (18, 38), first and second switch (19, 39), third, fourth, fifth, eighth, ninth and tenth normally closed contact (17, 23, 26, 37, 42, 45), first and second power transformer (20, 40), programmer (21), first and second regulators (22, 41), dispenser of the first and second turbo unit (24, 43), switch (46), section switch (47) of the substation.
EFFECT: invention can be used in substations with synchronous low-power turbo-aggregates to achieve a technical result consisting in optimization of control over the process of switching on backup power.
