SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to power supply systems of electric networks and distribution of electric energy and can be used for connection of networks of the same frequency, supplied from different sources with their synchronization in cycle of automatic reclosing of power transmission lines. Power region synchronization device with the power system network in the automatic reclosure cycle of the power transmission line, equipped with a communication channel between the ends of the line and equipped at one end with measuring voltage transformers, a first switch with a first key, comprises first frequency meter and phase difference meter, inputs of which are connected to power system voltage transformer. To the voltage transformer of the power region, the inputs of the second frequency meter, the phase difference meter and the first null element are connected, the output of which is connected to the second key, which input is connected to the first switch connected to power system buses. Third key, the first time relay, the fourth key and the first controller are connected in series to the output of the second key. Output of the first time relay is connected to the third key. To the first voltage frequency meter are connected in series an inverter and an adder, to the input of which the second voltage frequency meter is connected. Output of the adder is connected to the fifth key, to which the second time relay is connected, which is connected to the voltage transformer of the power region. Output of the fifth key is connected to the second and third null elements and to the programmer. Output of the second null element is connected to the programmer and to the first key. Output of the third null element is connected to the programmer. Programmer and a fourth null element are connected to the phase difference meter, the output of which is connected to the first key, the output of which is connected to the first switch. Outputs of the programmer and the second voltage frequency meter are connected to the first controller, to which the transmitter, receiver and the second controller are connected in series, the outputs of which are connected to the regulator and the second switch connected to buses of the power region. Output of the regulator is connected to a generator which is connected to buses of the power region.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of controlling the synchronization process during automatic reclosing of the line when the power region is allocated to the island mode of operation.
