SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, namely to machines and mechanisms that can be used for harvesting potatoes on any kind of soil. Potato digger contains a scraper mounted on the frame in the form of a fork, a compounder, a separating working organ. Socks of the teeth of the pitchforks are connected by a common wedge-shaped cutting element on which rods of curvilinear form are cantilevered in the form of a concave-convex surface between the teeth.
EFFECT: quality separation of soil at the digging stage, reduction of traction resistance of the potato digger.
