Technical result is achieved by the fact that the shockproof garment element, which is a multi-layer fabric-composite patch that is fastened by means of a velcro fastener and a protective and decorative valve, including a base in the form of spirals from the equiatomic titanium-nickel alloy with shape memory effect, while the base is made in the form of a flat-section wire with risks along the entire length that is included or integrated into an elastic deformable element of silicone and on both sides is covered with a perforated heat-conducting tape based on a copper alloy with C- or U-shaped lobes, and the lining fabric has a slotted punching to C- or U-shaped lobes.

EFFECT: invention can be applied in the field of labor protection and/or in sports to reduce injuries when striking or jolting.
