FIELD: control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automation device (1) operation method, preferably the automation section (1a), with manipulator (2a, b) and input/output module (3a, b) for automated production, as well as with the computing device (5). To provide programmable logic controller for the input-output module (3a, b), on the computing device (5) the PLC computer program (6) is executed. To control the PLC computer program (6) via the PLC computer program (6) the PLC interface (9), on the computer device (5) the section control computer program (8) is executed. Section control computer program (8) provides the CNC system (10) for the manipulator (2a, b). Via the manipulator (2a, b) control network bus (11) the section control computer program (8) is connected thereto by means of communication connection and contains the CNC processor (19) for the CNC program (20) conversion into the module (3a, b) control switching commands (21) and for the CNC program (20) conversion into the manipulator (2a, b) control geometric data (22a) and/or process data (22b).

EFFECT: providing the possibility of improved integration between the programmable logic controller computer program and the manipulator control CNC system.
