SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer technology. A method for controlling the delivery of interprocess communication messages transmitted between processes from different operating systems is described, in which a proxy process is created in the first OS using the process creation tool, designed to exchange messages between at least the first process from the first OS and the second process in the second OS and having a program interface corresponding to the program interface of the second process, at the same time, the first OS and the second OS are operating systems installed in different computing environments; with the help of the policy assignment tool, at least one security policy is assigned to the created proxy process to control the delivery of messages associated with the proxy process, where messages are transmitted through a specified program interface; with the help of the generated security monitor, the delivery of messages is controlled between at least the first and second processes by controlling the delivery of messages associated with the proxy-process, based on security policies.

EFFECT: increase in the security of operating systems when exchanging interprocess communication messages transmitted between the first and second processes from different operating systems.
