FIELD: wireless communication equipment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of wireless communication, in particular to the technique of allocating resources in the third generation partnership project (3GPP) networks. Embodiments of the present disclosure include methods, devices and instructions for the offset value transmission by the base station (eNodeB) in the 3GPP network user equipment (UE), selected from plurality of offset values in the downlink control information. eNodeB transmits the offset value indication via the downlink transmission channel (ePDCCH) enhanced physical control channel, selected from plurality of offset values comprising offset values, such as -2, -1, 0 and 2, transmits, via the ePDCCH, one or more enhanced channel controls (eCCE) to the ePDCCH; and identifies the signal in the uplink channel resource of the uplink transmission channel physical control channel (PUCCH), allocated based at least in part on the first eCCE index from one or more eCCE and the selected offset value.

EFFECT: disclosed is the PUCCH resources allocating method with improved PDCCH.
