SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods and apparatus for multi-user communication in an upperlink in a wireless network. Wireless communication method includes receiving a first wireless message from a first station at least in part simultaneously with receiving a second wireless message from a second station, generating a first acknowledgment message in response to receiving the first wireless message, generating a second acknowledgment message in response to receiving the second wireless message and transmitting the first acknowledgment message to the first station at least in part simultaneously with transmitting the second acknowledgment message to the second station.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in improving the protocol for transmissions through the upperlink from several terminals.
