Method comprises the following steps: transmitting a quality of service (QoS) message to a device, receiving a clear to transmit (CTX) message in response to the QoS message and transmitting data to the device in response to the CTX message, wherein the QoS message includes one of: QoS data frame, QoS null frame, QoS field indicating a buffer size for a plurality of traffic identifiers (TID), QoS field comprising the indication of transmission power; QoS field requesting one or more modulation and coding schemes (MCS), sequence control field indicating a buffer size for a plurality of traffic identifiers (TID), a sequence control field comprising the indication of transmission power, a sequence control field requesting one or more modulation and coding schemes (MCS).

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability and efficiency of the network.
