FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device used in control systems. For this purpose, a threshold block for controlling the operating mode of the actuator or process equipment is proposed, which contains a threshold unit consisting of an input digital pulse counter, configured to be connected to the output of a device that converts the physical parameter acting on it into a frequency signal; clock generator, timer digital pulse counter, whose input is connected to the output of the clock generator, and the output is connected to the input input of the input digital pulse counter; threshold RS-flip-flop, whose input R is connected to the output of the input digital pulse counter and the reset input of the timer digital pulse counter, input S is connected to input of reset digital pulse counter and to output of timer digital pulse counter, and output is control output of threshold control unit.
EFFECT: increase the safety of the monitored facility and increase the reliability of the threshold control unit.
