FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric composite materials based on polyphenylene sulfide, which can be used for the manufacture of structural, electrical and general design items for electrical, automotive, aviation, special, machine-building, household and other types of equipment. Polymer composition for the manufacture of structural, electrical and general design items of equipment contains polyphenylene sulfide, fiberglass and a grafted olefin copolymer, an ethylene/methyl acrylate copolymer and a glycidyl methacrylate are used as the grafted olefin copolymer.
EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in increased by 10–20 % strength characteristics of glass-filled compositions based on polyphenylene sulfide.
