FIELD: production of composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymeric composite materials based on polyphenylene sulfide, which can be used for production of structural, electrical and general items of electrical, automotive, aircraft, special, machine building, domestic and other types of equipment. Disclosed is a polymer composition which contains polyphenylene sulphide, glass fiber, process lubricant, a heat stabilizer and copolymer of ethylene with glycidyl ether of unsaturated dicarboxylic acid in following ratio of components (wt %): polyphenylene sulphide (34.00–72.80), glass fiber (25.00–55.00), process lubricant (0.10–1.00), heat stabilizer (0.10–2.00) and copolymer of ethylene with glycidyl ether of unsaturated dicarboxylic acid (2.00–8.00).
EFFECT: technical result is higher melting heat resistance of composition, improved impact viscosity while providing high level of thermal, strength and operational characteristics of glass-filled compositions based on polyphenylene sulphide.
