FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used for the processing of non-food wastes of animal origin to produce on their basis a protein feed supplement. Installation comprises spherical shielding body 1 with receiving 7 and unloading 10 nozzles, rotating spherical resonator 4 with plate dielectric segment 5 in the upper part. Dielectric shaft 3 is rotated along the vertical axis of spherical resonator 4, rotating from electric motor 11, which is installed from the outside of shielding body 1, from below. Upper parts of the spherical shielding body 1 and spherical resonator 4 are as close as possible to each other. They have coaxial holes for fixing the receiving nozzle 7 and dielectric shaft 3, respectively. Diameter of the spherical resonator is matched to the wavelength. On the outside of shielding body 1, a chopper with loading container 9 and discharge screw 8, as well as microwave generators 6, is installed from above. Emitters from microwave generators 6 are directed into rotating spherical resonator 4 uniformly along the perimeter of dielectric plate segment 5. Shredder 8 is docked to receiving nozzle 7, and unloading nozzle 10 is docked to shielding body 1 from the underside. Spherical resonator 4 is perforated or diffracted. Dimensions of the perforation holes and slits are consistent with the particle sizes of the finished product.

EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the quality of processing raw materials of animal origin.
