FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to microwave equipment and can be used in production of a protein product, for example, from dehydrated non-food wastes of animal origin. Microwave plant comprises vertical cylindrical shielding housing 8, on the upper base of which there is a hole in the center, coaxially located cylindrical resonator 9 and dielectric cylinder 13 without bases. Waveguides and magnetrons 10 with ventilation air ducts are fixed to generatrix of cylindrical resonator 9. At bottom of resonator 9 there is disk 12 with finning rotating from electric motor and branch pipe 11 with ball valve. Lower end of dielectric cylinder 13 does not contact the base of resonator 9, its upper end is docked with the hole available on the upper base of screening case 8 from the lower side. On the upper base of shielding housing 8 along the perimeter there are electric motors 15 of drives of conical plates 5 located in the corresponding non-ferromagnetic conic trays 6 with covers containing truncated cones 4. Upper bases of cones 4 are joined by corresponding holes 2 available at bottom of pelvis 1, where grinding mechanism of spinning top gear 16 is directed. Cutouts on upper edge of conical trays 6 are connected to upper base of guiding truncated cone 4 from non-ferromagnetic material. Lower base of cone 4 is directed into dielectric cylinder 13 through available hole corresponding to diameter of base of shielding housing 8.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to produce a protein product from non-food animal slaughter wastes.
