FIELD: machine building; technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: plant includes two toroidal screening housings of the same diameter with a rectangular cross section of non-ferromagnetic material installed on the mounting frame stacked one above the other. In the annular space of the bottom toroid there are spherical perforated resonators assembled of two hemispheres and rigidly attached to its side surfaces so that the joint between them holds in vertical plane. UHF generator units are attached to the outer side of lower toroidal shielding housing so that the radiators are directed inside the spherical resonators. Motors with their shafts connected to the dielectric mixing mechanisms arranged inside the spherical resonators are installed on the inner lateral surface of the housing. Lateral surface of each spherical resonator has an embedded mesh from corresponding grinding mechanisms with pressure screws and receiving branch pipes.

EFFECT: invention intensifies the process of extracting and disinfection of fat from fat-containing raw material.
