COMPOSITION FOR OBTAINING LIGHT COMPOSITION AGGREGATE FOR CONCRETE Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC C04B18/24 C04B20/10

Abstract RU 2660971 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the construction and industry of building materials, in particular to compositions for the preparation of lightweight composite aggregates for concrete. Light composite aggregate for concrete includes a paper core prepared by wetting waste paper with a 10 % solution of liquid glass, and a shell formed on the core by a gypsum-cement-pozzolanic binder. In the composition of the binder, microsilica is used as a pozzolanic additive, and high-strength separated gypsum is used as a gypsum component. Formation of the shell on the core is carried out by moistening with a 20 % aqueous solution of liquid glass with the following ratio of the components, by weight: microsilica – 10, high-strength separated gypsum – 32.5, Portland cement – 7.5, liquid glass – 14, paper waste – 36.

EFFECT: simplification of the technology of aggregate production, reduction of bulk density and thermal conductivity of building products and structures.
