FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to cardiology. Before endovascular stage of treatment, including endovascular coronary angioplasty and stenting of the infarct-related artery, patient takes bone marrow sampling in an amount of 120–140 ml from the area of the sternum handle and the anterolateral region of the iliac bone. Add to it a solution of hydroxyethyl starch in a 2:1 ratio. Erythrocytes are precipitated by centrifugation at a rate of 700 G for 15 minutes. A mononuclear fraction of bone marrow of 50–60 ml volume is selected, pass it through a hematological filter with a cell of 100–200 microns and injected after performing the stenting in the coronary bed of the heart through a catheter installed for stenting.
EFFECT: method allows to intensify processes of autogenesis and argyriogenesis in the heart, regeneration of the left ventricular myocardium in patients with acute myocardial infarction with late hospitalization, and also to reduce the operational burden, the number of anesthesia, the number of catheterizations of vessels, and the x-ray load.
