Performing selective catheterisation and coronary angiography of coronary arteries and arterial shunts following percutaneous coronary intervention or coronary artery bypass. If observing angiograms of coronary artery or coronary artery spasm directly in the coronary artery or coronary artery bypass, medications are introduced: 1 ml of solution containing 100 mcg of verapamil at rate of 0.1 ml per second. That is followed by administering 10 ml of 0.9 % sodium chloride solution for 1–2 seconds. That is followed by administering 5 ml of solution containing 2.5 mg of levosmendan at rate of 1 ml per second, then adding 10 ml of solution of 0.9 % sodium chloride for 1–2 seconds.

EFFECT: method enables causing smooth muscle relaxation of a coronary artery vascular wall and recovering blood flow by coronary arteries by using two preparations of verapamil and levosimendan, having pronounced pharmacological action on the smooth muscles of the vascular wall of arteries in acute myocardial infarction caused by pronounced spasm or "no-reflow" phenomenon following percutaneous coronary intervention or aortocoronary shunting.
