SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cutting hair. Comb (200) for hair thinning contains a pair of comb teeth. Each pair includes main tooth (216) of comb and adjacent auxiliary tooth (217) of comb. Far main end (218) of main tooth (216) of the comb passes in the longitudinal direction behind the far auxiliary tip (219) of auxiliary tooth (217) of the comb. Locking channel (226) between bases of main and auxiliary teeth (216, 217) of comb prevents ingress of hair falling in it on cutting element (106) of clipper (100) for hair cutting. There is also gap (225) for cutting, separating adjacent pairs of teeth of flange to allow hair to pass to cutting element (106) of clipper (100). Distal main tips (218) divide the hair at the first separation stage. Distal auxiliary ends (219) divide the hair between blocking channel (226) and cutting interval (225) at the second separation stage.

EFFECT: hair feathering is improved.
