SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of analysis, in particular to liquefaction and filtration apparatus for obtaining a solution for stool analysis. Liquefaction and filtration apparatus comprises a sampling component, a top cover and a sampling tube body. In this case, a through hole is formed in the center of the upper cover; the sampling component comprises a connecting cylinder that can be connected concentrically and rotatably with a through hole, and the sampling part is configured to collect a sample by introducing a diluent into a sampling part through a connecting cylinder; the body of the sampling tube is adapted to be connected to the top cover. Sampling part comprises a sample collection chamber and a plurality of sample collection windows, each sampling window is equipped with a filtering mesh, protruding plates are provided on the sampling part in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the filter mesh. Also a method of preparing a solution for analyzing a stool and a device for preparing a solution for stool analyzing is disclosed.
