FIELD: pulp industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a dispersion for the preparation of resin impregnated papers that can be used to produce abrasion resistant (micro-scratch-resistant) surfaces, for example, surfaces of laminate floors, furniture surfaces or laminate surfaces (CPL) laminate, high-pressure laminate (HPL)). In addition, the invention relates to a method for the preparation of such surfaces and to products obtained in a suitable manner. Dispersion contains, in weight percent – from 30 % to 75 % of water, from 10 % to 65 % of corundum particles with grain sizes from F400 to F2000, from 0.05 % to 5 % of an anionic dispersing agent, from 0.05 % to 5 % of sodium polyacrylate, from 0.1 % to 5 % of non-ionic surfactants, from 0.01 % to 2 % of the thickening agent. This dispersion can be added to the amine-based liquid composition to impregnate the paper.
EFFECT: invention provides a dispersion for producing paper impregnated with a resin for use in laminates that are resistant to micro-scratching.
