SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the railway transport and can be used during the vehicles washing, in particular in the railway cars and containers cleaning and washing after the goods unloading. For cleaning of the railway cars outside the stationary washing stations performing the dry tidying up with the help of manual cleaning equipment, the car washing with the high pressure washer, contaminated water collection formed during the washing process, using the vacuum cleaner with the liquid collecting function, the car drying with the industrial air heater. Covering earth under the car with made of waterproof material device to cover the ground and the railroad track with the gaps discovery in the car floor. Before the car washing, interior area surfaces are sprayed with the highly concentrated neutral detergent, the washing water is supplied under pressure through the high-pressure hose, and the contaminated water collection is carried out via the high-pressure hose directly into the collected contaminated water container by means of pump installed in the vacuum cleaner. Using the washing machine, industrial vacuum cleaner and industrial air heater, which are connected to the alternator or to the vehicle power plant. Installation includes clean and contaminated water tanks, alternator, high pressure washer, industrial vacuum cleaner for the contaminated water evacuation, manual cleaning equipment, box for hand-collected debris, made of waterproof material device to cover the ground and railroad tracks with the gaps discovery in the car floor, industrial air heater. Clean water tank is connected to the high pressure washer by the hose. Clean and contaminated water tanks, alternator, high pressure washer, industrial vacuum cleaner for the contaminated water evacuation are mounted inside the vehicle body.
