FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used to control the starting of an induction motor with a phase rotor. In the method for controlling an asynchronous motor with a phase rotor, an alternating voltage is applied to the stator winding of the motor, straighten with the help of an uncontrolled rectifier, the voltage taken from the terminals of the motor rotor winding, filtered and fed to the inverter input, alternating voltage from the output of the inverter is applied to the inductive-active load, the desired value of the rectified motor rotor current is set, magnitude of the rectified current of the motor rotor is measured, the amount of mismatch between the specified and measured values of these currents is determined, frequency of the current at the output of the inverter is adjusted, so as to maintain the set value of the rectified current of the motor rotor. Advantage of the proposed method for controlling an asynchronous motor with a phase rotor is the ease of implementation, since only one variable is regulated - the frequency of the current at the outlet of the inverter.
EFFECT: technical result consists in simplifying the process of stabilizing the starting current and the torque of an induction motor with a phase rotor.
