FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to the production of agrochemicals. Method for the production of an organic sticking agent from grain seeds includes drying and mechanical crushing. Initially, the material is ground by applying mechanical energy until the endosperm size particles are reached. Material is then sent to the screening, where the powder is divided minimum into three fractions by sieve selection. Size of the cells of the sieve corresponds to the size of the upper limit of the endosperm cell. Cells of the lower sieve correspond to the size of the lower limit of the endosperm cell. Middle fraction of the grinding is affected by short-wave infrared rays, which deform the cells of the aleurone and subal leiron layer, which has the largest proportion of non-starch polysaccharides. Grinding temperature of the middle fraction with exposure to infrared rays should not exceed 45 °C. Material to be crushed consists of cereal seeds, such as oats, rye or barley, or parts thereof. Withdrawal of the fraction from the upper sieve goes to a repeated crushing. Combination of these factors manifests itself mainly in reducing the leaching of starch by preventing the destruction of the mechanical energy of the endosperm cell with the increase of non-starch polysaccharides from exposure to short-wave infrared rays deforming the cells of the aleuron and subalayerone layer.
EFFECT: use of the invention will make it possible to produce a finished high-quality product.
