FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for extracting milk from the udder of animals. Biotechnical nipple search system on the cattle's udder for a milking robot includes a machine with a milking animal, a cage with an animal, that is ready to be milked, a bridle inserted into the window, made in the wall of the cage, and an automated robot mechanism for attaching special glasses to the nipples of the milking animal. Cage is combined with the machine so that the animal of milk age through the window of the cage gets the opportunity to reach out to the udder of the milking animal and, using the natural instinct and senses, finds and takes into the mouth its nipple. In this case, the head of an animal of milk age appears in the bridle, by means of longitudinal belts connected with the control mechanism, which allows the bridle to move together with the head of an animal of milk age or regulates the movement of this head by tension and/or weakening of the longitudinal belts of the bridle. At the same time, the automated mechanism of the robot interacts with the bridle and the animal's head, grasps the nipple, takes it from the oral cavity and attaches a glass to it.
EFFECT: design of the device for finding nipples on the udder of the cattle is simplified.
