SUBSTANCE: deep tiller contains a chisel with a stand of the working member, a frame of a tillage implement, upper and lower supports, which are fixed to the frame by a bracket and are interconnected by bolts, a gas spring that is mounted on one side with the possibility of being placed in the hole of the upper support bracket, and on the other hand – in the opening of the rack holder, bolted to the stand of the working member. Axial support, which is mounted on the holder, is configured to be offset in the groove of the upper support bracket. Chisel of the working member is configured to be offset in the groove of the bracket when rounding obstacles inside the soil along arcs of interconnected circles, one of which has a center of rotation in the axis of the movable support that is located on the edge of the bracket groove from the force exerted by the gas spring on the working member stand, the latter being located in an upright position and being capable of crumbling the soil layer.

EFFECT: use of this invention provides an improvement in the reliability of the device.
