FIELD: engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compressor stations and test boxes for gas turbine engines noise suppression equipment. Sound absorber comprises cylindrical frame in form of perforated bushing and covers, filled with the sound absorber, and outside of bushing layer of acoustic transparent shell made of capronic net or glass cloth is arranged, and frame comprises cover with circular collars for the cylindrical bushing fixing, at that, the covers are connected by central rod with hooks on both ends, and the cylindrical bushing consists of two perforated shells, the outer and internal ones, space between which is filled with sound absorbing element, at that, the sound-absorbing material, placed in sound absorber inner cavity is made of unwinding roll, one end of which is rigidly fixed on central rod, and free end rests against inner shell to form in perpendicular to rod cross-section, of the closed shape in form of Archimedean spiral with increasing from the center to the periphery air gaps, at that, it has higher porosity than the sound absorber, located inside the shells, ands at the outer surfaces covers have conical shape fairings, and the sound absorbing element contains perforated walls, between which layers of sound-reflecting, as well as sound-absorbing materials of different density are arranged, located in two layers, wherein the sound-reflecting material layers are made with complex shape, consisting of uniformly distributed hollow tetrahedrons allowing to reflect the incident in all directions sound waves, and which are respectively located at the perforated walls, and the sound-reflecting material layers are made from heat-insulating material able to maintain preset microclimate in the room, and as the sound-absorbing material plates from the “Rockwool” type basalt-based mineral wool are used, or “URSA” type mineral wool, or of P-75 type basalt wool, or glass wool with glass felt lining, wherein over its entire surface the sound absorbing element is lined with the acoustically transparent material.
EFFECT: technical result is the noise suppression increased efficiency.
