FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Windmill contains the horizontal shaft, the multiblade wind wheel with an inner and outer shell that is fixed to it, between which the flat blades of the first level are located, and the flat blades of the second level are uniformly located on the outer shell. Flat blades of the first level are hingedly connected to the stiffeners, and each second-level blade is hingedly connected to the stiffener, while the flat blades of the first and second levels are configured wit their possibility to move into the feathered position.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at preventing emergency situations of a windmill.
