SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering, in particular to wind motors with horizontal rotation axis of the wind wheel. Wind motor includes a horizontal shaft, multiple-blade wind wheel fixed on it, having internal and outer shells, between which there are main blades of the first level, flat blades of the second level are located on the outer shell in the amount that is equal to the length of the outer shell in meters, connected with the stiffness ribs by means of hinges to change the angle of attack of air flow depending on wind velocity, initial position of flat blades of the second level, fixed by means of hinged plates, is provided by higher tension springs and pin stroke limiters of the stiffness ribs.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at improvement of wind energy use coefficient and prevention of accidents.
