FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wind power engineering. Wind turbine contains a horizontal shaft, two-level multi-blade disk wind wheel with outer and inner shell and the central zone air flow conical guide fixed thereon. First level blades are produced by the disk plane cutting into sectors along the radius lines from the outer to the inner shells in an amount equal to the length of the outer shell in meters, and located on the outer shell the second level flat hinged blades are made with possibility of the angle of attack to the air flow changing.
EFFECT: invention is aimed at increase in the wind wheel swept area geometric filling and the wind energy utilization factor.
