SPATIAL VIBRATION ISOLATOR Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC F16F3/04

Abstract RU 2661669 C1

FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building. Vibration isolator contains a frame in the form of disks rigidly connected to the cylinder. Left and right elastic elements are installed under the discs on the common base. Through vibro-absorbing gaskets, each elastic element rests upper part in the hard drives of the frame, and the bottom – in the base. Each of the elastic elements is made in the form of a helical coil spring, the turns of which are covered with a vibration damping material. In the cylinder, a sleeve is placed coaxially, the upper end of which is rigidly connected to a platform for mounting a vibration-insulated object. Spring rests on the platform, the base of which is fixed in the bottom of the cylinder. In the gap between the cylinder and the sleeve are installed centering rings fixed on the inner surface of the cylinder.

EFFECT: enabling the vibration isolation in resonance mode increased efficiency.
