FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: osteosynthesis system comprises an osteosynthesis plate, a first segment made in the form of a bone plate with multiple openings for bone screws, and at least one second segment having at least one additional opening for a bone screw. Second segment is configured to be releasably connected to the segment. Both segments are arranged in relation to each other at an angle that can be varied. At least a second segment has an upper half and a lower half. At least one opening passes through both halves. Opening in the lower half is at least partially threaded, as well as a screw with a thread and a head with a seating surface having a thread head between the thread and the head. Thread of the screw head is designed to engage the thread of the opening. Seating surface of the bone screw when screwing rests against the upper half, with the possibility of tightening both halves and clamping, thus, on the bridge of the segment. Osteosynthesis system includes a bone plate or segment of the bone plate. Bone plate or segment has upper and lower halves. Through both halves passes at least one opening having, at least in places, a thread in the lower half and a screw, in particular a bone screw with a thread and a head with a seating surface having a thread between the thread and the head. Thread of the screw head is designed to engage the thread of the opening. Seating surface of the bone screw upon screwing rests against the upper half, with the possibility of tightening both halves and clamping, thus, on the bridge of the bone plate or other segment.

EFFECT: inventions provide the possibility of adaptation to the corresponding anatomy of the patient, in particular for use in the repair of periprosthetic fractures.
