SUBSTANCE: plate for osteosynthesis, such as a plate for head of radius or shoulder bone, is equipped with drilled holes for bone screws. At least one of the drilled holes has internal threads and/or the plate is provided with at least one continuous longitudinal drilled hole. At least one drilled hole for the bone screws, having both screw and spherical heads, is equipped with a threaded section in the area facing the bone, and a site with a spherical facet in the region distant from the bone. These threaded section and a section with a facet are located concentrically over each other or inside of each other.

EFFECT: invention provides the ability to use depending on the version of the implementation of fixing drilled holes or fixing screw holes, with or without threads, or with a deformable section, respectively, interacting with screws, and preventing of further storage of the plates, increasing its cost.
