FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to medicine. Bone plate intended for lying against bone by bottom plate and a top side facing away from bone, and a plurality of through holes, least one hole serves to accommodate a bone screw with or without a threaded screw head. At least one of holes has a spherical oblong hole shape with a threaded section. At least one oblong hole is provided with a thread on entire internal circumference, thread comprising at least one thread turn. In first zone of incomplete circle said at least one turn of thread is continuous. Thread in first zone of incomplete circle is conical, and in second zone of incomplete circle thread starts from lower side of plate and reaches spherical expansion. Portion of spherical recess reaching upper side of plate is also free from thread. In second zone of incomplete circle of elongated hole turn of thread, that is conical, is interrupted with thread-free recesses. Thread-free recesses are made with contour of incomplete circle. Between said incomplete circles remain carrying thread segments in form of teeth.
EFFECT: diameter of each incomplete circle of recess is less than half diameter of second zone of incomplete circle, if seen from lower side of plate.
