System contains the processing and control unit, associated with the requests customers interaction unit, with the service providers interaction unit, with the requests customers database, with the requests customers data collector, the evaluation subjects identification data collector, with the evaluation subjects activity data storage device and with the evaluation subjects data analysis unit associated with the analysis results data storage device, at that, the processing and control unit is configured to control internal processes, incoming from other units data initial processing, and the analysis results processing, requests customers interaction unit is configured to exchange data with the requests customers via computer network, service providers interaction unit is configured to exchange data with service providers via computer network, evaluation subject data analysis unit is configured to analyze the evaluation subject data in accordance with the previously developed analysis algorithms, with the analysis result assignment of evaluation by the each evaluation subject.
EFFECT: technical result consists in the subject evaluation automation.
