It is envisaged: initiation of the process for the enterprise with the help of a block of interaction with customers of services, sending a request for data on the activity of the enterprise to at least one service provider serving it as a customer, through the interaction with service providers, receiving data about the enterprise from the said service provider through a block of interaction with service providers, analysis of the obtained data on the enterprise for compliance with previously developed criteria using the processing and management unit and the activity data analysis unit, development of recommendations on personnel planning of the enterprise for optimization of its profitability by means of the block of preparation of recommendations.
