FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to polymers with functionalized terminal groups, their preparation and use. Polymers with functionalized terminal groups are proposed, wherein the polymers are diene (co) polymers having a silane-containing carboxyl group of formula (I) at the end of the polymer chain, in which R1, R2 are the same or different alkyl residues, R3, R4 are H, A is a divalent organic residue which, along with C and H, contains an atom S, where the silane-containing carboxyl group is linked to the polymer chain through one or more divalent structural elements derived from cyclosiloxanes. Polymer is also proposed, the end groups of which have the form of silane-containing carboxylates, a method for producing the claimed polymers, the use of silanolactones in this process, as well as the use of said polymers for the preparation of vulcanizable compositions, the corresponding compositions, their use for the production of tires, and the tires obtained.

EFFECT: technical result - the proposed polymers allow to obtain tires with improved characteristics in relation to skidding, having at the same time resistance to abrasion.
