FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the two-beam X-ray tube and the method for obtaining the stereoscopic subtraction X-ray image. Claimed X-ray tube consists of the vacuum bulb, which is placed inside of the single cathode made in the form of a tungsten filament and disk rotating anodes, which are located on the opposite sides of the cathode at a distance of the stereo base. Embodiment of the invention is possible, in which the two-beam X-ray tube consists of the vacuum bulb of a single disk rotating anode and two cathodes, which are aimed at different sections of the common anode. In the claimed method, the generated beams of the X-ray with pulses of different energy are sent through the object of investigation to the receiving device with the short phosphor afterglow time, due to which on the output screen of the monitor after performing the subtraction alternately "right" or "left" summary images are formed, which are perceived by the corresponding operator's eye through the synchronizing device.
EFFECT: technical result is the obtaining of the stereoscopic subtraction X-ray image due to the creation of the dual-beam dual-energy X-ray pulse tube in order to receive by a physician in real time on a special video control device the volumetric image of the chest cavity organs without interfering with the analysis of the shadows of the bone skeleton of the chest.
