SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials, in particular to the cement based composite materials for construction three-dimensional printing using additive technologies. Modified polymer-cement composite material for 3D printing contains CEM I 42.5 N Portland cement, polymer binder in the form of polyvinyl acetate dispersion, sand with fineness modulus Mk = 2.0÷2.5, sodium silicate in the form of aqueous solution – water-glass, polypropylene fiber with length of 6 mm and fiber diameter of 20 mcm, phloroglucinol furfural modifier and water in the following weight ratios, %: Portland cement – 24.37–34.16 %; polyvinyl acetate dispersion – 2.44–2.56 %; sand – 50.74–61.38 %; water-glass – 1.70–2.44 %; polypropylene fiber – 0.02–0.03 %; phloroglucinol furfural modifier – 0.05–0.07 %; water is the rest.

EFFECT: expansion of the technical means range by production of the modified polymer-cement composite material for 3D printing with required for the three-dimensional printing technological properties: high compressive strength, high strength of the adhesive seam, low deformation indexes, adjustable curing times.
