FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to building materials, namely to composite materials based on cement for building three-dimensional printing using additive technologies. Modified polymer-cement composite for 3D printing contains Portland cement CEM I 42.5 H, a polymer binder in form of a polyvinyl acetate dispersion, sand with a modulus of fineness Mk=2.0÷2.5, sodium silicate in form of an aqueous solution – liquid glass, micro-reinforcing basalt fiber with a length of 12 mm and a fiber diameter of 20 mcm, a floroglucinfurfural modifier and water in the following weight ratios, %: Portland cement – 24.37–34.13; polyvinyl acetate dispersion – 2.44–2.56; sand – 50.74–61.38; liquid glass – 1.70–2.44; micro-reinforcing basalt fiber – 0.03–0.10; floroglucinfurfural modifier – 0.05–0.07; water is rest.
EFFECT: expansion of the technical means range by production of the modified polymer-cement composite material for 3D printing with required for the three-dimensional printing technological properties: high compressive strength, high strength of the adhesive suture, low deformation indexes, adjustable curing times.
