FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials adapted to construction 3D printing technology, and is characterized by decorative properties. This technical solution can be used in making small architectural forms, decorative elements and facades by 3D printing. Decorative concrete of increased physical and climatic resistance for construction 3D printing consists of the following components at their weight ratio, %: Portland cement CEM I 42.5 N — 40.37–40.54; carbonate filler of given fractional composition with CaCO3 content of not less than 95 %: fraction 26–40 mcm — 7.19–7.22, fraction 8.5–16 mcm — 13.89–13.94, fraction 1–4 mcm — 17.20–17.27, fraction less than 1 mcm — 2.10–2.12; highly active metakaolin with content of SiO2 of not less than 53 % and Al2O3 of not less than 47 % — 0.807–0.810; iron-containing pigment with Fe2O3 content of not less than 26 % — 2.02–2.03; polypropylene fiber with length of 12 mm — 0.202–0.203; superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate esters — 0.48–0.49, water — the rest.
EFFECT: providing decorative effect achieved by volumetric coloring, expansion of temperature range of printing in temperature range from 0 to 30°C, increasing physical and climatic resistance of the obtained composite.
