Allocate it’s heart and perform cardioplegia with an ice solution of custodiol after clamping the ascending aorta, ligating the cava and pulmonary veins with their subsequent crossing, as well as the intersection of the pulmonary trunk and the ascending aorta. Subsequently immerse the donor heart in a petri dish with ice cold custodiol solution, where apply anastomosis between the pulmonary artery and the left atrial appendage. In the abdominal cavity of the rats of the recipient, perform only one anastomosis between the aorta of the donor heart and the abdominal aorta of the recipient.

EFFECT: method allows to shorten the operation time in the abdominal cavity of the recipient and thereby reduce the likelihood of secondary thermal ischemic damage to the myocardium of the donor heart.
