FIELD: construction; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to temporary fasteners of the type of fastening pistons. Fastening for temporary connection of structures with pre-drilled holes, containing: housing disposed along the axis and having a support side substantially perpendicular to the axis and configured to come into contact with the front side of the structures to be connected; expander, fixedly connected to the body; two resilient half-fillets designed to pass through the apertures, each fillet being provided with an attachment spout, capable of being pressed against the rear side of the joined structures, and the expander is located between the two half-fillets; and a mechanism configured to be movable relative to the housing and comprising a threaded rod coaxial with the housing, one end of the rod being connected to the half-fillets, and said mechanism further comprises a drive nut mounted on said rod. Drive nut contains an internal thread that cooperates with the thread of the rod and an external thread that interacts with the internal threads of the housing. Thread of the rod and the thread of the nut are made in opposite directions.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at facilitating the use of automatic setting tools.
