SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to construction devices, namely to a fastening product for fastening an insulating flooring to a receiving structure, an adjustment key and a fastening article installation method. Fastening article (100) comprises a bushing and a screw designed to move inside the bushing channel, as well as a control element. Screw comprises a rod extending between the tip and the head and provided with a thread. Adjustment element comprises central hole to be screwed to screw thread and without circular symmetry. Adjusting element is arranged with the possibility of placement inside the bushing channel with the possibility of rotation. Also disclosed are an adjustment key and a method of mounting fastening article (100) of a new type.

EFFECT: invention provides reliable fixation of fastening article in receiving structure and possibility of relatively free adjustment.
