FIELD: chemistry; technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a process for hydrocracking of raw hydrocarbon deposits comprising in converting of high boiling raw hydrocarbon deposits at a temperature 360–440 °C, pressure 6–20 MPa, mass flux of raw materials 0.5–1.5 h-1, volume ratio hydrogen/material 800–2,000 nm3/m3 in presence of a heterogeneous catalyst. Whereby used catalyst simultaneously contains molybdenum and tungsten in form of bimetallic complex compounds [Ni(H2O)x(L)y]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2] and Ni(NH4)a[HbW2O5(C6H5O7)2], where: L and C6H5O7 – partially deprotonated form of citric acid; x=0 or 2; y=0 or 1; a=0, 1 or 2; b=2-a; silicon in form of amorphous aluminosilicate, aluminum in form γ-Al2O3 and amorphous aluminosilicate, herewith components in the catalyst are in the following concentrations, wt. %: [Ni(H2O)x(L)y]2[Mo4O11(C6H5O7)2] – 6.2–14.9, Ni(NH4)a[HbW2O5(C6H5O7)2] – 10.2–23.3, amorphous aluminum silicate – 33.4–50.9; γ-Al2O3 – rest, which corresponds to content in calcined catalyst at 550 °C, wt. %: MoO3 – 3.6–8.4, WO3 – 5.8–13.5, NiO – 3.1–3.9, amorphous aluminum silicate – 38.3–56.9, γ-Al2O3 – rest.
EFFECT: technical result consists in obtaining kerosene and diesel fractions with high yield and low sulfur content when hydrocracking of high boiling raw hydrocarbon deposits under sufficiently soft conditions of process.
