FIELD: preparation of catalysts for hydrocracking of hydrocarbons.

SUBSTANCE: invention is focused on obtaining kerosene and diesel fractions under conditions of low ammonia content in a hydrogen-containing gas, for example, under conditions of the second stage of hydrocracking. The method for preparing a catalyst for hydrocracking of hydrocarbon raw materials is characterized by the fact that first a carrier is prepared containing amorphous aluminosilicate, aluminum oxide and simultaneously two different zeolites Y, one of which has a surface enriched in silicon, and the second has a surface enriched in aluminum, after which nickel is applied by impregnation of the carrier and tungsten in form of bimetallic complex compounds Ni(NH4)a[HbW2O5(C6H5O7)2], where: C6H5O7 is a partially deprotonated form of citric acid, a=0, 1 or 2, b=2-a, after drying and subsequent calcination, a catalyst is obtained containing components in the following concentrations, in % by weight: WO3 - 20.2-30.3, NiO - 4.6-6.9, Y zeolite with a surface enriched with silicon, 0.7-1.7, Y zeolite with a surface enriched with aluminum, 2.2-3.5, amorphous aluminosilicate 27.6-33.8, the rest is γ-Al2O3, the catalyst is then sulphidized. As the first zeolite, the carrier contains Y zeolite with a higher concentration of acid sites and with a ratio of surface to volume concentration of silicon to aluminum Si/Al = 1.2-2.1, and as the second zeolite, the carrier contains Y zeolite with a lower concentration of acid sites and with the ratio of surface to volume concentration of silicon to aluminum Si/Al = 0.7-0.9.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to obtain a catalyst having high activity and acidic characteristics optimal for the hydrocracking of hydrocarbon feedstock.
