SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio communication. Some demonstration versions contain hardware, devices, systems and methods of energy management in radio communication. For example, a radio station can be configured for transmission of the first frame containing the first wake-up scheduling element (WSE), this first WSE element has a first value in the "Beacon Start Time" field; switching to the power-saving (PS) mode based on the indicated first value in the field "Beacon Start Time"; and while in the PS mode, transmitting the second frame containing the second WSE element, this second WSE element has a second value different from the first value of the "Beacon Start Time" field in the "Beacon Start Time" field.

EFFECT: equipment, system and method of power consumption management in a radio communication network are proposed.
