SUBSTANCE: invention refers to dynamically allocating resources using a frame that provides resources (hereinafter referred to as a grant frame). Radio equipment contains logic and a circuit configured to ensure that the first radio station (STA): set the value 32768 in the Allocated Duration field; set a value in the Duration field based on the time remaining in the allotted time period between the first radio station STA and the second radio station STA; and transmit a grant frame to cancel the remainder of the allotted time period and transmit it for use by the second radio station STA, this grant frame contains a Duration field and a Dynamic Allocation Information (Info) field, which has a Dedicated Duration field.

EFFECT: technical result of the invention consists in the efficient use of the grant frame.
