FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gearboxes of vehicles. Eight-speed planetary gearbox with four degrees of freedom, which contains the body, input and output shafts, three friction clutches, three brakes and two planetary gears. First planetary mechanism consists of two planetary series having a common carrier, the first of which consists of a sun gear and satellites. Second planetary series consists of a sun gear, satellites and an epicyclic gear. Satellites of the first and second planetary rows of this mechanism are linked to each other. Second planetary mechanism is single-row, contains a sun gear, satellites, an epicyclic gear and a carrier. Transmission has three couplings; in the forward gears, the input shaft of the gearbox, via the included clutch, is connected to the sun gear of the first row of the first planetary gear, and on the reverse gears through the included friction clutch - with the sun gear of the second planetary series of the first planetary gear. Second planetary gear is driven by the output shaft of the gearbox. Epicyclic gear of the second planetary series of the first planetary gear is connected with the sun gear of the second planetary gear and through the clutch engaged with the epicyclic gear of the second planetary gear. On the sun gear of the second planetary series of the first planetary gear, the brakes are installed on the carrier of the first planetary gear and on the epicyclic gear of the second planetary gear.
EFFECT: improved reliability, mobility, maneuverability and handling are achieved.
