FIELD: radio equipment and communications.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of radio communication. Radio communication device comprises: a transmitter for performing multi-user downlink transmissions to a plurality of wireless stations; receiver for receiving a plurality of handshake frames from a plurality of wireless stations, wherein at least one acknowledgment frame from at least one wireless station comprises an uplink scheduling request indicating uplink resources requested by the radio, and a scheduler for performing uplink scheduling of the at least one wireless station based on the uplink scheduling request, said transmitter transmitting at least one scheduling frame containing scheduling information of the scheduled uplink transmissions.
EFFECT: technical result is increased efficiency of allocating uplink resources.
